Every Thursday @7pm, starting May 8th till June 19th. Please note: no class May 22nd. This gentle slow Vinyasa flow and Restorative class is perfect for those looking to relax and rejuvenate while building strength, heat and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels and you practice at your own risk. Fully equipped classes with bolsters, blocks, straps, sandbags, blankets and eye pillows. Please bring your own mat! Please arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand. Location: St Nicholas Montessori School, 16 Adelaide Street, DunLaoghaire. A96 H5P3. Free parking on Adelaide Street after 7pm.
